The investment seeks high long-term after-tax returns. Under normal circumstances, the Tax-Managed Large Cap Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large companies, including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). For purposes of this fund, a large company is a company with a market capitalization in the range of companies in the Russell 1000 Index (between $317.20 million and $499.80 billion as of December 31, 2012) at the time of purchase. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in foreign securities.
