Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund allocates assets among affiliated equity funds and non-affiliated equity funds that participate in Fidelity's FundsNetwork®, and non-affiliated ETFs (underlying funds) and sub-advisers. It invests in underlying funds that establish long and short positions in equity securities and may use derivatives to obtain significant amounts of long or short exposure. The fund invests primarily in securities of companies with large market capitalizations (which, for purposes of this fund, are those companies with market capitalizations similar to companies in the S&P 500® Index). It is non-diversified.
