Summary
The investment seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities selected to track the overall U.S. equity markets based on a market index. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of its benchmark index (the Russell 3000® Index).
