The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purpose) in dividend-paying equity securities of foreign and domestic companies. Up to 20% of the fund's net assets may be invested in non-dividend paying equities, domestic and foreign fixed income securities, exchange-traded funds, exchange-traded notes, and/or in option strategies to enhance its returns or to mitigate risk and volatility. It may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers, and up to 50% of its net assets in the securities of issuers located in emerging markets.
