The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purpose) in dividend-paying equity securities of foreign and domestic companies. Up to 20% of the fund's net assets may be invested in non-dividend paying equities, domestic and foreign fixed income securities, ETFs, ETNs, and/or in option strategies to enhance the fund's returns or to mitigate risk and volatility.
