The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities. It invests in companies organized outside of the United States. The fund intends to diversify its investments in operating companies among several countries and to have represented in its holdings business activities in not less than three different countries.
