The investment seeks to maximize capital appreciation over the long term without regard to income. The fund is a fund-of-funds and as such, under normal market conditions, seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in underlying funds that are exchange-traded funds ("ETFs").
