It primarily invests in the equity securities of large-, mid-, and small-capitalization U.S. companies that the sub-adviser ("Sub-Adviser") believes have above average prospects for growth. The fund may invest up to 15% of its assets in securities of foreign companies. It may also invest in non-U.S. dollar-denominated securities and initial public offerings.
