The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks. It concentrates its investments in growth companies. The fund may also purchase, to a limited extent, foreign stocks, hybrid securities, futures, and forward foreign currency exchange contracts, in keeping with its objectives. Its investments in foreign securities are limited to 30% of the portfolio's assets.
