Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large-capitalization companies. Large-capitalization companies are considered to be those that at the time of purchase have a market capitalization equal to or greater than that of the top 80% of the companies that comprise the S&P 500 Index. The fund invests up to 20% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, including ADRs and similar investments. It may invest in ETFs, derivative instruments, U.S. government securities and other short-term securities.
