Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large-capitalization companies and up to 20% of its total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and similar investments. It invests principally in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, which the subadviser defines as companies with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell 1000 Index.
