Summary
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital; current income is a secondary objective. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the common stocks of large and medium-sized blue chip growth companies. While most of the assets of the fund are invested in U.S. common stocks, the fund may also purchase or invest in other types of securities, including (i) U.S. and foreign currency-denominated foreign securities (up to 20% of its net assets) including ADRs, (ii) convertible stocks, warrants and bonds, and (iii) futures and options. Investments in convertible securities, preferred stocks and debt securities are limited to 25% of total assets.
