Summary
The investment seeks to provide principal preservation and long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests in the common stocks of approximately 15 to 25 mid- and large-cap companies (market capitalizations greater than $2 billion) with, in the Adviser's opinion, a sustainable competitive advantage. The Adviser uses an intensive fundamental due diligence research process to attempt to identify companies whose management teams have, in the view of the Adviser, high integrity and generate a consistent and sustainable high return on capital. It is non-diversified.
