Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in large capitalization equity securities. It expects to invest principally in equity securities that are traded on U.S. securities exchanges. For purposes of the fund's investments, large capitalization securities are those whose market capitalization at the time of purchase falls within the range of the Russell 1000® Index.
