The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in common stocks of larger companies and will, under normal market conditions, maintain at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in such large cap stocks. For this purpose, the term "large cap stock" refers to stocks with a market capitalization of the companies in the Russell 1000® Growth Index. The fund may also invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities (including American Depository Receipts and emerging market securities).
