The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid and large capitalization companies with equity market capitalizations of more than $5 billion that are selected for their growth potential and will generally hold between 35 and 50 common stocks. It invests primarily in U.S. common stocks, but may, to a lesser extent, invest in foreign common stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
