Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in U.S. common stocks and other equity securities of large capitalization companies that the Sub-Adviser believes will have the highest probability of an earnings growth rate that exceeds investor expectations. The Sub-Adviser defines large capitalization companies as companies within the range of the capitalization of companies constituting the Russell 1000® Growth Index. While the fund will not concentrate its investments in any one industry, it may have a significant exposure to one or more sectors of the economy, such as the information technology sector.
