The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund allocates assets among affiliated funds (i.e., Fidelity Funds) and non-affiliated funds that participate in Fidelity's FundsNetwork®, and non-affiliated exchange traded funds (ETFs) (underlying funds) and sub-advisers. It invests in companies that are believed to have above-average growth potential (stocks of these companies are often called "growth" stocks). The fund invests primarily in securities of companies with large market capitalizations (which, for purposes of this fund, are those companies with market capitalizations similar to companies in the Russell 1000® Growth Index). It is non-diversified.
