Fund Holdings

The fund's prospectus allows plenty of leeway for Berkowitz to pick and choose companies, noting, "The proportion of the fund's assets invested in each type of asset class will vary from time to time based upon the manger's assessment," and "the fund may invest in, and may shift frequently among, the asset classes and market sectors." A large part of the fund's total assets come from its top 10 holdings because its portfolio is classified as "nondiversified" by the Investment Company Act of 1940.
