The investment seeks capital appreciation over the long term. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities of large capitalization companies. It considers "large capitalization companies" to be companies, at the time of purchase, whose market capitalizations are within the range of the market capitalizations in the Russell 1000® Index. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of value-oriented companies. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") of foreign companies.
