The sub-advisor considers "large capitalization companies" to be companies, at the time of purchase, whose market capitalizations are within the range of the market capitalizations in the Russell 1000® Index. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of value-oriented companies. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") of foreign companies.
