The fund normally invests in stocks that provide a dividend yield that is generally greater than the average yield for each stock's representative Global Industry Classification Standard ("GICS") sector and provide exposure across major sectors of the domestic equity market, as defined by GICS. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in equity securities.
