The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. common stocks from the universe of the Russell 1000® Value Index, utilizing INTECH's mathematical investment process. The index is an unmanaged index that measures the performance of those Russell 1000 companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. It pursues its investment objective by applying a mathematical investment process to construct an investment portfolio from the universe of common stocks within its named benchmark index.
