Summary
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests in companies that are undervalued as determined by the fund's Adviser. When selecting equity securities for the fund's portfolio, the Adviser focuses on three critical variables that it believes drive the long-term performance of a company's stock: quality of the business; quality of the management running the business; and price of the stock. It invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies of any market capitalization, including small- and mid-cap companies. The fund is non-diversified.
