Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund pursues its goal by generally investing in a target universe consisting of common stocks of large and mid cap U.S. companies traded on a principal U.S. exchange or on the over-the-counter market in the United States that the Sub-Adviser believes are "value" stocks at the time of purchase. It will invest at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. securities. The fund may lend its portfolio securities to generate additional income.
