The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund's principal investment strategy is to invest primarily in equity securities, including common and preferred stocks, convertible securities and shares of other investment companies and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that invest in equity securities, fixed income securities, or other similar investments. Under normal market conditions it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations greater than $1 billion. The fund is non-diversified.
