The investment seeks to provide income and moderate capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio consisting of equity securities of U.S. companies of all market capitalizations that have a history of paying dividends, buying back shares and/or reducing debt, and positive growth in operating cash flow.
