The investment seeks a superior total return. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. large capitalization companies. The sub-adviser defines large capitalization companies as those with a market capitalization of at least $3 billion at the time of purchase. The fund will invest primarily in companies with market capitalizations greater than $3 billion at the time of purchase. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in non-U.S. equity securities. The fund will typically hold between 25-30 stocks.
