The investment seeks to provide long-term growth of capital through investment primarily in equity securities. The fund invests primarily in quality large-cap companies with long-term growth potential. It invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets, at the time of purchase, in equity securities, consisting primarily of common stocks.
