The investment seeks to achieve capital appreciation through all market cycles. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, approximately 80% or more of its net assets in a portfolio of defensive, non-cyclical equity securities of foreign and domestic companies selected by applying a quantitative strategy.
