Summary
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests long or short primarily in a portfolio of equity securities of U.S. companies and companies that have their headquarters in a foreign country (including emerging markets) and the stock of which trades on a U.S. exchange or an exchange in a foreign country (including emerging markets).
