Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation, with added emphasis on the protection of capital during unfavorable market conditions. The fund invests principally in: (i) equity securities of companies that derive a majority of their revenues or profits from, or have a majority of their assets in, a country or countries other than the U.S.; and (ii) shares of exchange traded funds ("ETFs") and similar investment vehicles that invest principally in the equity securities of such companies. It invests principally in equity securities issued by companies in developed countries, but may also invest in emerging markets in developing countries.
