The investment seeks capital appreciation and capital preservation with low correlation to the broader U.S. equity market. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests primarily in long and short call and put options on Standard & Poor's 500 Index ("S&P") futures contracts; and cash and cash equivalent investments, including money market funds and high-quality short-term (3 months or less) fixed income securities such as U.S. Treasury securities. The fund is non-diversified.
