The investment seeks long-term growth of capital and protection of investment principal with lower volatility than the U.S. equity market. The fund's principal investment strategy is to invest at least 80% of long net assets in equity securities, including common and preferred stocks, convertible securities and shares of other investment companies and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that invest in equity securities.
