It will invest the fund's assets in the equity securities of companies with market capitalizations of at least $100 million at the time of purchase that the managers have identified as being undervalued and the managers will sell short those securities that the managers have identified as being overvalued. The fund may invest a large percentage of its assets in a few sectors, including information technology, financials, energy, consumer discretionary, materials and industrials. It is non-diversified.
