The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar denominated corporate obligations and other fixed income securities that are rated BBB-/Baa3 or better. It normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in corporate bonds. The fund may also invest in U.S. Treasury and agency obligations.
