Summary

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in the securities of U.S. companies. Its security selection process begins by analyzing a proprietary database of a universe of the largest 1,400 U.S. listed securities measured by market capitalization and ranking the securities based on a systematic methodology. The adviser uses a proprietary strategy to construct a portfolio of approximately 75-120 of the highest ranked common stocks that is weighted based on the Adviser’s assessment of a security’s fundamental value, based on factors such as earnings yield and return on capital.
