Summary

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in the equity securities of small-cap and mid-cap companies with stock market capitalizations from $750 million to $5 billion that the Advisor believes are trading significantly below its estimate of their current worth. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of such small- and/or mid-cap companies. Although the fund normally focuses on the securities of U.S. companies, it may invest up to 25% of net assets in foreign securities.
