Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Horizon Kinetics ISE Wealth Index. The index is composed of U.S.-listed companies and equity REITs managed by executives who are among the wealthiest individuals in the United States and, in many cases, have accumulated a substantial amount of their personal wealth through the companies that they manage. The fund attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.
