Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund seeks to invest in equity securities of companies that, in the Adviser's estimation, are entering or on the verge of entering an accelerated growth period catalyzed by transformation. The Adviser seeks to identify investment opportunities in securities of companies that it believes are undervalued in light of the companies' potential for vigorous growth. The fund is not restricted on how much may be invested issuers of a single country, provided that it limits its investment in countries that are considered "emerging markets" to no more than 35% of its net assets.
