The fund invests primarily in equity securities in the form of common stock of high growth businesses selected for their capital appreciation potential. It will invest at least 65% of its assets in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations between $1 billion and $15 billion at the time of purchase. The fund seeks to purchase securities that the Adviser expects could increase in value 100% within four to five years.
