It invests principally in common stocks of U.S. companies, and, to a lesser extent, in equity securities of foreign issuers usually those which are publicly traded in the United States either directly or through American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The fund may invest include preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights, and warrants.
