The equity and equity-related securities in which it primarily invests are common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants, and depository receipts (ADRs and GDRs). The fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in foreign securities that are not publicly traded in the U.S. It may also invest in sponsored or unsponsored American Depository Receipts (ADRs), which represent shares of foreign issuers; however, the ADRs are not included in the 25% limit on foreign issuers.
