Summary
The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the performance of the S&P MidCap 400® Value Index (the "index"). The fund invests in securities that the adviser believes, in combination, should have similar return characteristics as the return of the index. The index is designed to provide a comprehensive measure of mid-cap U.S. equity "value" performance. It is an unmanaged float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index comprising of stocks representing approximately half the market capitalization of the S&P MidCap 400 that have been identified as being on the value end of the growth-value spectrum.
