Summary
The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of mid cap issuers. The sub adviser focuses mainly on the securities of mid cap issuers which have market capitalizations similar to companies constituting the Russell Midcap® Value Index at the time of investment. Although the fund will invest primarily in publicly traded U.S. securities, it may invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign securities, including securities of issuers in emerging countries and securities in foreign currencies. The sub adviser's stock selection reflects a mid cap value style.
