The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings, if any, for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies with market capitalizations of $1 billion to $20 billion at the time of purchase that the sub-adviser believes to be undervalued. It may also invest up to 15% of its net assets in real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). Maximum weightings in any sector are double that of the benchmark or 25%, whichever is greater.
