The fund will invests at least 95% of net assets in the common stocks of the companies comprising the AMIDEX35™ Index, in approximately the same percentages as those companies are included in the index or until the fund's net assets reach $25 million, the Adviser may invest fund assets in a representative sample of index securities and other permissible securities. The AMIDEX35™ Index is an unmanaged index consisting of the 35 largest publicly traded Israeli companies, as measured by market capitalization. It is non-diversified.
