Summary

The investment seeks total return from capital appreciation and income. Using a tactical asset allocation model, the fund's investment adviser seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing in the U.S. equity market during sustained rallies and investing defensively in U.S. Treasury bonds during weak equity market conditions.
