Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation and current income. The fund will normally invest 25% to 75% of its assets in stocks and convertible securities and at least 25% of its total assets in fixed income securities. It may also invest in preferred stocks and warrants and may invest in securities issued by companies with large, medium, or small capitalizations. The sub-adviser seeks to diversify its bond holdings across the major fixed income sectors, individual issuers, and maturities to maintain a fixed income allocation dollar-weighted average maturity of five to ten years.
