The fund will normally invest 25% to 75% of its assets in stocks and convertible securities and at least 25% of its total assets in fixed income securities. The sub-adviser seeks to diversify its bond holdings across the major fixed income sectors, individual issuers, and maturities to maintain a fixed income allocation dollar-weighted average maturity of five to ten years.
