Summary
The investment seeks to achieve capital appreciation. In pursuing the fund's objective, the adviser seeks to achieve a relatively low correlation to the major equity and fixed income markets through the allocation of the assets of the fund among a number of sub-advisers that employ a variety of alternative investment strategies. It may invest in long and short positions in, among other investments: equity and fixed income securities of U.S. companies and non-U.S. companies traded on U.S. and non-U.S. exchanges and in the over-the-counter markets, financial futures and options thereon, foreign currency forward contracts, and in asset-based investments.
