The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by pursuing positive absolute returns across market cycles; in pursuing its objective, the fund seeks to generate attractive long-term returns with low sensitivity to traditional equity and fixed-income indices. The fund invests in a wide range of U.S. and non-U.S. publicly traded and privately issued or negotiated securities (securities for which the price is negotiated between private parties) including, but not limited to, equity securities, fixed-income securities, currencies and derivatives. It may invest up to 80% of its net assets in fixed income securities.
